Review: | "Offers both sushi & hibachi. Extremely fresh and tasty sushi. The mackarel and uni are the best I have had. Great presentation. Unique rolls such as the Fancy Roll with seared tuna and the Noda Special Roll topped with lobster salad. Take a seat at the sushi bar with Matt, the sushi chef, who is one of the friendliest and talented sushi chefs around. " |

Reviews: | "Chef Jason Ma produces the most artistic and innovative Japanese cuisine I have ever encountered. The sushi is at the absolute of freshness. All fish are personally selected by Jason Ma every morning at the Fulton Fish Market in New York City. New sushi creations grace the menu every week. Often Mr. Ma creates new dishes right in front of my eyes at the bar, the likes of which are not seen at any other restaurant anywhere. The beautiful presentation wins me over again and again. As a repeat customer I am always greeted graciously. I also see that all the other customers recieve the same warm, friendly treatment. Decor is very serene and claming. This is simply the best in Westchester County, and possibly in New York State (outside of Manhattan.)
