The owner, Takeshi Otsu, prepares exquisite sushi and animates the bar with his personality. ´Ganko´ (meaning ´bonehead´ or ´stubborn´) reflects the style of the chef. Chef Otsu has a flair for running his sushi bar strictly. There is limited seating, with 8 seats at the sushi bar and 4 tables, no reservations are accepted - everything is on a first-come, first-serve basis." |
