Review:" Nôsushi is a really trendy restaurant situated in the smartest shopping arcade of Geneva named : Confédération centre 8 rue de la confédération parking du mont-blanc sortie place de la fusterie The atmosphere is thoroughly modern as far as the music, the setting and the service are concerned. You don’t have to reserve to be able to appreciate the high quality, the freshness, the variety of the different dishes. A conveyor belt ( kaiten ) brings to you all sorts of sushi :scallop sushi, tuna sushi, salmon sushi, californiarolls, sashimi, temari, futo maki, uramaki and all other classical dishes. We also have a wide range of specialities, according to the market, tuna rolls slightly roasted (poelée), Spicy tuna and salmon exotic tartare, sea urchin sushi, fresh flying fish egg. An assortment of hot dishes as well are presented on little stoves on the conveyor belt : the yakitori skewers with marinated chiken and leeks , skewers with marinated fishs or cuttlefish and pangasius. You can order the traditional miso soup, the nameko miso soup or the sweet sour and spicy mashita soup. You can also order the speciality of our japonese chef : the tempuras : An assortment of fresh shrimps, seafood and vegetables slightly fried in very fine batter. You can order as well the famous temaki : seaweed cones with the filling of your choice. Finally don’t forget our delightful sweets or desserts : ginger flavoured « crème brûlée », exotique fresh fruit salad, a selection of macarons ( chocolat, coffee, vanilla, strawberry). For the bill, no surprise at all ! you pay according to the colour of your plate ( red :5.-, green : 6.-, orange : 8.-, hot dishes :10.- ect..) As for the drinks, you can have traditonal japonese drinks such as Asaï beer , kirin, sake or teas. But if you are a 'connaisseur',we have a wonderful wine list with a fine selection of renown french and swiss red or white wine. Our japonese chef and his team will be happy to wellcome you and prepare all these delicacies in front of you , for your pleasure ! And if you organise a cocktail, a reception , a business meeting we can prepare especially for you a wide range of sushi in refined Japonese lacquerware trays. "
